Terms of Service for Neeko's Help

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Neeko's Help ("the Bot"), operated by the Discord user tanglebarbs ("The Developer").

By using the Bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Bot.

4.3 The Developer shall not be responsible for any content posted by users through the Bot. Users are solely responsible for their interactions and content.

5. Indemnification

5.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Bot or any breach of these Terms.

6. Changes to the Terms

7. Termination

7.1 The Developer may terminate your access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause.

7.2 Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
